YOUR SYSTEM KNOWS A LOT ABOUT YOUR MEMBERS, SO USE IT TO GIVE THEM A BETTER EXPERIENCE.
The reason associations refrain from implementing business-class marketing tools is because they simply don’t talk to their association management systems. Who wants that headache!
HighRoad solves that problem so that your association can use the same marketing platforms that businesses use to grow and engage customers, without worrying about managing two separate sets of data.
We have developed standard integrations between the best email and marketing automation software from the for-profit world and the top association technology platforms to personalize member communication, get the right message to the right people through automation, and ensure data is clean and in sync.
What do associations say about HighRoad Solution?
We know we have a complicated system and your team never seemed scared of it or backed down from the challenge! You also spoke our language along the way and reassured us we were on the same page. Here we are today and one of our vendors truly understands the huge technology problems we had to solve and delivered-and we have the beautiful integration to show for it!Rene Serot

COMMON QUESTIONS ABOUT INTEGRATING MARKETING SOFTWARE WITH ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
What does my IT team need to do?
The IT team has two responsibilities – connectivity and query writing. Every AMS has specific connectivity requirements. Connectivity can be as easy as providing a username and password to a sophisticated VPN setup. Connectivity depends on the AMS. The IT team will also write queries to define certain audiences to create lists in the marketing platform.
How involved will my IT team need to be during implementation and after it is live?
The successful integration projects include IT and Marketing in lockstep through the 12-week onboarding process. Although IT Team has specific responsibilities with connectivity and query writing, there’s a synergy that happens when the IT team is involved in the onboarding process. The IT team can provide a certain lense to specific questions and overall strategy.
